Anterior Ischemia and Lateral Scarring
The T loops as well as the T maximum vectors deviate from the standard distribution towards inferior and scatter slightly. This suggests an anterior ischemia, which is depicted as the dark area in the transparent heart. In addition, the R maximum vectors are positioned in the margin of the relevant standard distribution. They are located slightly septal, though remain concentrated. The pathologic parameter MD ROct4 shows that a higher proportion of the R loop runs in octant 4, which means elsewhere, lateral, R potential is missing. This is an indication of a lateral scar.
