Interpretation notes

LVH – Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

In the maximum vectors view, the R maximum vectors deviate laterally, but are focused. The T maximum vectors are also focused and within the norm field. This indicates there is no suspected ischemic problem with this patient. However, there is an indication of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), which is noted in the automatic findings as LVH score. In the potential view, R (blue) does not return to the zero-line and R loops do not return to zero (origin of co-ordinates), but remain open.
