CGM Apical Septal Ischemia LT
The parameter set NORMLT is used, due to the low potentials in “T”. Therefore the normal ranges are not displayed in the globe view. However, a deviation of the T maximum vectors in the lateral basal are visible. The MD TOct5 parameter is pathological. It assesses the proportion of the T loop in the octant 5. If this is increased, “T potential” is missing elsewhere. Since the octant 5 is a basal octant, an apical ischemic problem appears likely. 89% of the T loop are located in the basal octant 5 (lateral inferior basal) and 7 (lateral anterior basal) together. Such a high proportion is only possible by apical reducing.
